1. What Onusmu does
Onusmu lets you record audio in sessions you start yourself, converts speech to text, keeps a timeline of transcripts, and answers questions using those transcripts.
2. Who can use it

3. Recording responsibly

- tell people that you are recording whenever the law or the setting requires it;
- not record where recording is prohibited, or where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy;
- not use the service to harass, stalk, surveil or harm anyone, or to capture information you have no right to capture.
4. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and questions remain yours. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights and consents needed for the content you record.
5. AI answers and transcripts
Transcripts are produced automatically and can contain errors, especially with background noise, overlapping voices or unfamiliar names. Answers are generated automatically from your transcripts and can be incomplete or wrong. Check the original transcript before relying on anything important. The service is not a substitute for professional advice and should not be relied on for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to break the law using the service, interfere with or disrupt it, attempt to access other people’s data, reverse engineer it except where the law permits, or resell it without our written permission.
7. Fees and subscriptions

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see Delete your data). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we are required to by law.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or losses arising from reliance on a transcript or an AI answer. - you are not located in a country under a US Government embargo, and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from.
